Primary Kids Clothing

Primary Kids Clothing

I'm a bit late to the game on learning about Primary, a baby and children's gender-neutral fashion brand offering a range of items (shorts, leggings, t-shirts, dresses, skirts, swimwear, etc.) in a rainbow of solid colors.  I don't know about you, but I have found it next to impossible to find affordable, solid-colored clothes for B.  Occasionally I'll find them at H&M or Target, but often they are sold out which is frustrating.  And as much as I love patterns and cute prints, I like to pair them with solids.

Hawaii Finds

Hawaii Finds

We aren't acquiring much aside from memories on this trip, but that doesn't mean I haven't been making notes about cute things we come across in our travels.  I found a few gems on Kauai, the first of which was Jonas Claesson's surf art, which I already shared.  Anna tipped me off that I should visit Kokonut Kids in Hanalei, which didn't disappoint.  A few of these brands I spotted there and a few I found elsewhere on the island.

A Freshly Picked Giveaway!

A Freshly Picked Giveaway!

Hooray! A giveaway for the best moccasins for little ones!  I've been a fan and loyal owner of Freshly Picked moccasins since Blythe was born and wrote a post about them earlier this year.  I was worried that the shoes wouldn't work once Blythe was walking because of the soft soles, but they are still in constant rotation when there isn't snow on the ground.

Solly Baby x Rifle Paper Co.

One of our most-used items of baby paraphernalia when Blythe was born was our Solly Wrap, which we have in the Natural & Grey Stripe.  I was skeptical of baby wraps because I was convinced there was no way I'd figure out how to wrap it such that I was certain Blythe wouldn't just fall out the bottom, but after watching this video (for how to carry a newborn) and practicing a few times, it was our favorite way to carry Blythe (Rob, in particular, used it regularly).  Blythe was always so cozy in the wrap and it was particularly helpful for days when she was fussy and wanted to be held while she slept but we actually need to get something done around the house.

Solly Baby recently announced that they've partnered with Rifle Paper Co. to launch the cutest floral print wrap that will be available on September 14th.  If you have a little one on the way or know someone who does, this would make a fantastic gift.  Check out their fun video about the collaboration on the Solly blog.

June Park Bloomers

Blythe's amazing nanny, Hannah, pointed me toward the cutest bloomers for littles from June Park.  I love when Blythe wears a cute dress and fun bloomers peek out from underneath.  How about the ice cream cones or the mermaids?  Too cute!
