2016 Gift Guide for Women

#1 - Appointed monogrammed notebooks are the best for jotting down notes, to do lists, or keeping track of tasks at work.  I use one every day and get such pleasure out of writing down lists and thoughts in such a pretty place.

#2 - I never remove my rings, but if I did I'd love to keep them on one of these ceramic ring holders from Schoolhouse Electric & Supply Co. (which stocks the best home goods straight from PDX).

#3 - A Restoration Hardware Luxe Faux Fur Throw is the most used Christmas gift I've ever received.  This blanket is so warm, soft, and cozy - I'm curled up in one right now.  We have one for our living room and one for B's nursery (in white).

#4 - Every woman I know loves to put things in little pouches before she tosses them in her purse (pens, makeup, you name it).  It would be so much nicer to have a classic pouch monogrammed with your initials to shove in your bag.

#5 - My dear friend Ali's new book will be released in early 2017.  You could pre-order this the woman in your life and perhaps she'd bake you some delicious bread when it is released in April?  If you cannot wait until April, I recommend How to Celebrate Everything, which is a cookbook, but one I read from cover to cover.  It has inspired me to take the time to celebrate both holidays and the every day and to think about what traditions I want our family to honor.

#6 - This hat would be perfect for your winter getaway or for next spring and summer.  I love the bright colors!

#7 - Nice pajamas are a luxury, and this striped set from Lake looks classy and comfortable.  I also have my eye on this robe and they offer short sets and nightgowns, too.  Another pajama brand that I've had my eye on is Hill House Home, particularly the St. Clair top with its fine blue checked fabric and red trim. Swoon!

#8 - S'Well water bottles are well-insulated, don't leak, and look stylish.  I have one at work and one at home and have been converted from the various other water bottles I've tried.

#9 - I'm a huge fan of Ann Mashburn and wish my entire wardrobe could come from her shop.  You could start with this simple beaded necklace, which comes in an array of colors (I'm partial to the green and the blue and white).

#10 - Another find from Ann Mashburn are these floral track shorts.  Liberty of London fabric on a sporty short?  Yes, please. They come in a variety of florals.

#11  - The red and pink color combination gets me every time and these Loeffler Randall espadrilles are so fun.  There is a wedge version available as well.

#12 - The Barbour Shilhope check scarf would be a nice addition to your winter wardrobe as the cold weather approaches.

#13 - I love the idea of leaning over to lace up my running shoes and finding a dose of inspiration. I'd have mine stamped with Chelsey's name as a reminder to enjoy every run.  How about you?

#14 - Finally, these cozy Slipcollar Slippers from Quoddy will make winter that much more enjoyable.  The slip-on style is appealing to me, as is the shearling lining.  I'll be wearing these while reading in front of the fireplace.  If you prefer, Quoddy also sells a moccasin version.
