Kindred

This week I stumbled upon Kindred, a New York-based clothing company with the motto "threading generations."  Kindred "transforms a father's favorite shirt into an heirloom."  So, they'll take your husband's much-loved Brooks Brothers shirt and turn it into a darling onesie -- or you can buy a ready made item.  The price is a bit steep for a custom piece (starting at $175), but the idea is both environmentally friendly and sentimental and the the designs are darling.
